Lunch: The same wrap as the past 2 days: lettuce, tomato, avocado, smoked tofu and Plamil Organic Mayo. Again, there is a photo a couple of posts down.... I am now out of avocado and smoked tofu, think I'll be having withdrawals from now on :-(
Afternoon Snack: Well, you see, I had to test the Hot Cross Bun Pull Apart recipe to see how they fared as individual buns as well ;-) So, had to have one for quality control reasons prior to blogging. I'm happy to report they work out just fine! Think I can get used to having 2 hot cross buns a day ;-)
Dinner: Made the same creamy garlic pasta dish from a couple days ago - love it, will blog at some point :-)
Evening Snack: Bottle of Leffe beer and some toast with Pure Olive Spread and some bombay mix.
