Lunch: Still not 100% so same as yesterday as it's so comforting, also a glass of orange juice. This time I used those long twisty De Cecco noodles that I love but broke them into smaller strands. Think I actually preferred this to the udon as they get softer. Still, either way is good! Veganised Campbell's style Chicken Noodle Soup:
Afternoon Snack: Cup of black coffee with a teaspoon demerara sugar and a few squares of dark chocolate. Later on a few Tuc Less Fat Crackers spread with Sheese Garlic and Herb Spread.
Dinner: Still needed something easy and the fridge is bare! Opted to try the Goodlife Nut Cutlets, I wasn't keen at all on the previous 2 items I've tried by them but this was better. I still wouldn't get them again mind you, the nuts weren't cut finely enough and it was a bit dry but they tasted all right. Had chips and asparagus on the side. Also think I'm starting to feel better now - yay!
Evening Snack: Was out for the evening, had a glass of white wine. When we got home was starving so had a Fry's Chicken Nugget Salad Wrap :-)
