Breakfast:  Toasted plain bagel with vitalite and topped with the same vegan bacon as before :-) I might actually be getting bored of these now! Usual black coffee with a teaspoon demerara sugar.

Lunch: I thought I was getting better yesterday but have flared up again today and pretty much feel like I've been run over by a truck :-( This called for my ultimate childhood comfort food: Veganised Campbell's style Chicken Noodle Soup. To make it even more like I used to have it I crumbled some saltines in it (always used to do that!)

Afternoon Snack: Americano and a Fry's Chocolate bar - chocolate cures all right?

Dinner: Again, needed something quick and easy (spent most day in bed) so had a favourite quick and easy meal: spaghetti tossed in olive oil with chilli, garlic and parsley. Later on a cup of black tea with a teaspoon Sweet Freedom Syrup and a couple squares dark chocolate.

Evening Snack: Slice of wholegrain toast with peanut butter and a pot of blackberry soy yogurt.
