Breakfast: Toasted Apple and Cinnamon Hot Cross Bun with Pure Olive spread and a cup of black coffee with a teaspoon demerara sugar.

Morning Snack: Half a slice of bakery white bread with Pure Olive Spread.

Lunch: Well, we actually ended up in hospital with our son for about 6 hours as he fell ill and needed checking out. Thankfully he is fine! Managed to find a shop while there and got a banana and a Flahavan's Chocolate Chip Flapjack. It curbed the hunger anyway.

Dinner: We were still out then and got a sandwich shop to make a salad wrap. Made a cup of coffee when we finally got home :-) with a couple squares of Aine Zesty Lime Dark Chocolate.

Evening Snack: Some Chio Paprika Crisps, bombay mix, red wine and toast spread with Pure Olive and topped with slices of avocado.... Yeah, I was pretty peckish :-)
