Morning Snack: Actually, this would be breakfast #2 as I woke at 4:30 and was hungry again by 9 :-( Had a toasted multigrain bagel with sunlite spread. Cup of black coffee with a teaspoon demerara sugar.
Lunch: Had some taco soy mince mixture left over from last nights taco's so made a burrito, a huge burrito. Filled with the soy mince filling, mozza cheezly, salsa, tofutti sour cream and shredded lettuce.
Afternoon Snack: Some of this vegan raisin and almond chocolate - LOVE this stuff, it's like a vegan fruit and nut! Also a cup of black coffee with a teaspoon demerara sugar. Later on some bombay mix and a small glass of cola.
Dinner: Was very casual with all of us just eating what we wanted so I made my new favourite "chicken" salad pitta. Then a small bowl of raspberry swedish glace ice 'cream' for dessert.
Evening Snack: Half a vegan grilled cheese made with a slice of wholegrain bread, sunlite spread and slices of cheezly melty mozza. Pot of blackberry soy yogurt.
Total Calories for the Day: 2033 - actually quite proud of this, whenever I'm up for a long time and over tired I tend to eat all day with a ferocious appetite, it was a struggle to keep today around 2000!
Now, I'm off to bed early!!!
