Breakfast: A bit better again today, yay! Half a plain toasted bagel spread with Vitalite and the Tofu Bacon. Glass of orange juice.

Morning Snack: Decaf Americano with a teaspoon demerara sugar and a few squares dark chocolate.

Lunch: "Chicken" Salad Wrap (like the pitta one in the link there but in a wrap instead).

Afternoon Snack: Decaf Americano with a teaspoon of demerara sugar and a few squares dark chocolate. (on a dark chocolate kick at the moment !)

Dinner: Was simply pouring a jar of tomato sauce over spaghetti. Sigh. I miss cooking but am still too weak to do anything of substance and Kieran was out at the time. Still, pasta is always good :-)

Evening Snack: Had some plain pringles and ginger ale as we were watching Tintin with the boy - great film!
