Lunch: Sandwich made with white bakery bread, Plamil Organic Mayo, Taifun Smoked Tofu, Lettuce and Tomato.
Afternoon Snack: Cup of black coffee with a teaspoon demerara sugar and a slice of last nights dessert - Grand Marnier Spiked Hot Cross Bun and Butter Pudding - so good!!!
Dinner: Same as last nights as we had leftovers - yay! Can't wait to blog this, it'll be next :-)
**EDIT - blogged now! Roasted Red Pepper and Asparagus Almond Feta Flan.
Evening Snack: Couple glasses of red wine with some Taifun Basil Tofu on top of olive crackers.
