Morning Snack: Two Multigrain Ryvita crackers with peanut butter. A small handful of grapes.
Lunch: Wrap filled with Taifun Smoked Tofu slices, Avocado slices, Lettuce, Mixed Cherry Tomatoes, Plamil Organic Mayo (about 2 tsp's) and a pinch of smoked sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Gorgeous! Like a BLT Avocado Salad Wrap, can't go wrong :-)
Afternoon Snack: Cup of black coffee and 3/4 of a Fry's Chocolate Orange bar.
Dinner: Creamy Garlic Shells, an attempt to veganize an old 'guilty pleasure' processed junk food item of my youth. Huge success and I'm mega happy! :-D Next time I'll add some veg, probably broccoli or asparagus or peas...something green anyway! This one will definitely get blogged.

Evening Snack: Half a pack of those Olive Crackers I posted about yesterday spread with Pure Olive spread and topped with slices of Taifun Basil Tofu. Cup of black tea with a teaspoon Sweet Freedom Syrup.
