Breakfast: Well, woke feeling marginally better than yesterday. Had half a plain toasted bagel spread with Vitalite and topped with Tofu Bacon. Glass of orange juice.

Morning Snack: Decaf Americano with a teaspoon demerara sugar.

Lunch: Bowl of Suma Organic Spicy Lentil Soup.

Afternoon Snack: Pot of blackberry soy yogurt and some Tuc reduced fat crackers.

Dinner: Warm Wrap with Fry's Chicken Style Nuggets, Plamil Organic Mayo, tomato and lettuce. Small bowl of raspberry Swedish Glace Ice Cream with chocolate sauce.

Evening Snack: Some ginger ale, pringles and a few squares of dark chocolate.

Total Calories for the Day: 1792
